Abstract
This study examines the factors that influence visionary leadership among small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs, aiming to understand how these leaders inspire innovation, drive growth, and adapt to changing market conditions. Visionary leadership, characterized by foresight, strategic planning, and the ability to motivate teams towards a shared future goal, plays a crucial role in the success and sustainability of SMEs. Through a mixed-method approach, including surveys and interviews with SME
entrepreneurs, this research identifies key factors such as individual traits, organizational culture, market dynamics, and access to resources that shape the development of visionary leadership. The findings reveal that adaptability, openness to innovation, and proactive decision-making are particularly influential. These insights provide valuable implications for entrepreneurs, policymakers, and business support organizations aiming to cultivate strong leadership that supports resilience and competitive advantage within the SME sector.
